Executive Summary
Highlight — Environmental Authenticity
Pennhurst benefits from something most haunts simply cannot replicate: a genuine abandoned asylum setting. The architecture, tunnels, and aging infrastructure create a level of environmental authenticity that amplifies every scene without needing additional decoration.
Concern — Expectation Gap
The waiver and high-intensity option set expectations for a much more aggressive interaction level than what was delivered during our visit. While the experience was still enjoyable, the marketing suggests a level of intensity that wasn’t consistently present that night.
